Milwaukee Bucks star guard Damian Lillard has been ruled out for Sunday’s Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers with an Achilles injury, according to the team’s injury report.
Lillard was previously considered doubtful for the contest after aggravating the injury in Friday’s Game 3 loss.
Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo will miss his seventh consecutive game with a calf injury.
Lillard has stepped up in Antetokounmpo’s absence, averaging 32.3 points and 5.3 assists in the first three games of the first-round series.
Milwaukee faces a 2-1 deficit heading into Sunday’s Game 4.
