Toronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer is out of the team’s lineup against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday.
Addison Barger, who made his MLB debut Wednesday against the Kansas City Royals, will take Springer’s usual spot in right field.
The Blue Jays dropped the first of a three-game set against the Dodgers, losing 12-2 at home on Friday night.
Springer is batting .228 with three home runs and five RBI in 26 appearances this season.
