Best post-Prime Day robot vacuum deals

iRobot/CNET

This model is a popular choice among our CNET readers, and it’s also a great price for a robovac that scored high on our list of the best robot vacuums of 2024. While it doesn’t have a built-in mop, it’s got excellent obstacle detection, and (for all you dog and cat owners out there) it’s particularly smart about avoiding pet waste.

Shark/CNET

This smart vacuum works with Alexa, so you can control the vacuum with any Alexa device and even your phone. It also has a three-brush system that includes side brushes, channel brushes and a multisurface brush roll to pick up every last piece of dirt and debris on your floors.

Yeedi/CNET

Yeedi, a sub-brand of Ecovacs, is running several Prime Day deals on its affordable robot vacuums, but this 38% price cut on the self-emptying C12 Pro Plus is among the best. Not only can it vac your floors for you, but it will also mop them too.
It’s over $200 off right now. But this deal is exclusive to Prime members. Non-Prime members can save $100, lowering the price to $499.

Roborock/CNET

This fancy vacuum is ideal for large spaces, as it can cover up to 4,305 square feet of flooring. It has powerful suction, so you can ensure every last speck of dust or debris is taken care of. It also has auto mop lifting, meaning the robot can automatically switch to mopping when it detects that it’s needed, allowing you to truly sit back and relax.

This offer is only available for Prime members

When was Amazon’s October Prime Day 2024 event?

Amazon’s October Prime Day event happened on Oct. 8 and Oct. 9. That means that the 2024 sale is over, but the deals don’t all dry up when the event ends. We’re continuing to round up the best robot vacuum deals you can still buy post-event.

How does October Prime Day compare to July Prime Day?

There are lots of similarities between the two sales. Many of the same deals return during the October sale, especially on Amazon’s own devices, such as Blink and Ring home security devices, Fire TVs and tablets, Echo devices and more.

The main difference is related to the timing of the sale. Since July Prime Day is in the summer, there’s more focus on back-to-school and outdoor deals. This includes school supplies, grills, lawnmowers and more. During October Prime Day, we see more deals geared toward the upcoming holiday season, such as kitchenware for a Thanksgiving meal or toys and games for kids for Christmas.

How does Amazon’s October Prime Day sale work?

The idea behind the sale is pretty simple: Subscribers to Amazon’s Prime service can get exclusive discounts on thousands of products and services across the site during a limited period. The products, while still available to non-Prime members, often have extra savings for members, with many prices dropping down to new all-time lows.

When you’re logged in to your Prime account and looking at a product landing page, you’ll see the discounted price if it’s on sale. You don’t usually need any special coupon codes, nor is there a need to use a specific payment method to get the discounts. If you spend your money wisely each year, you can easily make back your Prime membership cost in savings during the event.

Where can you find deals right now?

The CNET Deals team covers all of the best price drops, discounts and deals daily from all the top retailers. Whether it’s a one-day promo at Woot, a weekend sale at Best Buy or a coupon code for a product at Amazon, if it’s a great deal, we’ll be covering it.
