Berlinale Reveals Juries for 2025 Edition


The Berlinale has unveiled the jury for its main Competition as well as those for the sidebars of its 75th edition running February 13 to 23.

Nabil Ayouch (Morocco / France), Bina Daigeler (Germany), Fan Bingbing (China), Rodrigo Moreno (Argentina), Amy Nicholson (U.S) and Maria Schrader (Germany) will join previously announced president Todd Haynes in the main competition jury.

The three-member jury of the inaugural Perspective Competition, showcasing 14 works by emerging directors has been named as director Meryam Joobeur (Tunisia/Canada), actor-director Aïssa Maïga (France/Mali) and producer María Zamora (Spain).

The International Short Film Jury consists of programmer and short film expert Jing Haase (Denmark), film composer Dascha Dauenhauer (Germany) and director Phạm Ngọc Lân (Vietnam).
