UC Diego commit Uriah Tenette is a three-star player, but his energetic play and skills impress basketball fans time and time again. On January 23, SportsCenter NEXT shared a post with pictures of the athlete jumping high for a dunk.
“He’s flying like this at only 5’10”?? 😳 Meet Uriah Tenette,” the text read.
The compilation of the game showcases the height of his jumps, which power him to dunk the ball with ease. In one of the clips, he is seen even jumping over another player.
Fans are impressed with his athleticism and influential energy.
“Peyton Siva type bounce,” commented a user.
Uriah Tenette’s ‘bounce’ is what fans just seem to can’t get enough of.
“That’s baby Jared McCain,” a fan said.
“This dude bounce crazy,” another user said.
While Tenette is not among the better-known high school athletes, fans are rooting for him. His skills and on-court presence have resonated with some.
“Expecting great things! Keep grinding bro,” a commenter wrote.
“This guy is really tuff at basketball guys,” another user appreciated.
“You tell he’s having fun 😂😂,” another comment read.
This is not the first time Uriah Tenette has caught the eye for his captivating court moves. Last Wednesday, in a game against Flagstaff, he performed a 360-degree slam dunk, which caught the attention of fans. Among his other crazy moves were a windmill dunk, a half-court lob for an alley-oop, and a fastbreak dunk. In a match against Chatsworth last month, the Prescott player and Alijah Arenas scored a combined 110 points.
Despite his 5-foot-10 stature against the sizable basketball athletes, his range and execution of the moves are impressive and highlight his scoring potential.

Prescott was dominant from start to finish maintaining its unbeaten region record (4-0) and an overall win percentage of .706. They outpaced Mingus in every quarter and currently possess a season-scoring average of 70.1 points per game.
The Marauders average only 50.3 points per game and have been facing defensive challenges. They have allowed 1,104 points this season. Despite efforts from Mingus, Prescott outshined them with their strong offense. Prescott’s next game will be on Friday against the Mohave Thunderbirds.
